4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

5. Payment Terms

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Subscription and Billing

For subscription services:

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless explicitly cancelled by the user at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Upon cancellation, your access to the paid features of the Service will continue until the end of the then-current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month periods or unused portions of a subscription.

7. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the Service or the reputation of FiscalFlow. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack the Service or any software used to provide the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Access the Service using automated means (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) without our express written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. 9. User Generated Content

If you post, upload, input, submit or provide any materials to the Service ("User Content"), you retain ownership of such User Content. However, by providing User Content, you grant FiscalFlow a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content you post or that you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize FiscalFlow to use the User Content as specified in these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FISCALFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE MAY CONTAIN TECHNICAL INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY ADVICE OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FISCALFLOW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FiscalFlow and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

16. Waiver

Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FiscalFlow regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and FiscalFlow. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.
